47 The two-year scholarship programme for vocational students has been ongoing since 2015. The grants are awarded for academic and practical technical training, particularly in mechatronics, at the BMW Training Centre. In the future, the programme will be expanded to provide scholarships and grants for degrees in mechatronics, logistics and data analysis at two vocational schools. So far, eight cohorts of nearly 110 apprentices have been supported.
