8-76 CHASSIS CALIPER DISASSEMBLY • Remove the caliper air bleeder valve 1. • Remove the caliper housing bolts 2. • Separate the caliper halves. • Remove the O-ring 3.  Replace the O-ring with a new one. • Place a rag over the piston to prevent it from popping out and E then force out the pistons using compressed air. L  P Avoid using high pressure air to prevent piston dam- age. M A S • Remove the dust seals and piston seals.  Avoid reusing the dust seals and piston seals to pre- vent fluid leakage.
