6-2 EXHAUST SYSTEM EXHAUST SYSTEM EXHAUST CONTROL SYSTEM The exhaust control system (EXCS) consists of the exhaust control valve (EXCV), exhaust control valve actuator (EXCVA) and exhaust control valve cables (EXCV cables). EXCV is installed between the exhaust pipes and muffler. EXCVA is mounted on the right side of the seat rail. The EXCV is operated by the EXCVA via the cables.
