The toll-free telephone number must be available for at least 10 days beginning on the date of broadcast. The lease or retail disclosures required by Regulation M or Regulation Z must be provided early in the toll-free number recording message sequence. For lease advertising, all the disclosure information required must be provided orally or in writing upon consumer request via the toll-free number in compliance with Regulation M. Note: It is the dealer’s sole responsibility to maintain such a service. An Internet site does not meet the requirements of a toll- free number as a means of alternative disclosure. H.
