L 99000-99032-11X: SUZUKI COOLANT (Except USA) • Apply THREAD LOCK to the oil gallery plug 2. P 99000-32050: THREAD LOCK “1342” M NOTE: It is not require to apply THREAD LOCK when installing the other removed oil gallery plugs. A S • Tighten each plug to the specified torque. 1 Water jacket plug: 9.5 N·m (0.95 kgf-m, 6.9 lb-ft) 2 Oil gallery plug (upper crankcase): 18 N·m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.0 lb-ft) 3 Oil gallery plug (lower crankcase): 35 N·m (3.5 kgf-m, 25.5 lb-ft) 4 Oil gallery plug (cylinder head): 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lb-ft)  Use each new gasket or O-ring.
